Inventory Control Coordinator

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Flexibility required based on operational needs. Job Summary: We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Inventory Control Coordinator to manage spare parts inventory and support maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. This role requires daily communication in both English and Spanish with maintenance teams, vendors, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage spare parts inventory, including receiving, storage, and distribution. Track inventory levels and place orders to prevent stock‑outs. Coordinate closely with the Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Manager to support preventive and corrective maintenance. Communicate daily in English and Spanish with maintenance personnel, vendors, and internal teams regarding parts availability and orders. Monitor backorders and follow up with vendors as needed. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry systems. Pick, pack, and deliver parts to maintenance personnel as needed. Process returns, surplus parts, and warranty shipments. Assist with inventory counts and audits. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts room. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED – must be able to speak, read, and write in both languages. Minimum 2 years of administrative and data entry experience . Mechanical or electrical knowledge preferred. Experience in manufacturing or maintenance environments preferred (cGMP a plus). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Strong organizational and communication skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs . Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and use a ladder or stool as needed. Work Environment: Manufacturing and warehouse environment.
