Are you a visionary Product Manager with deep expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance? We are looking for a strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and customer insight. This is your chance to lead innovative, ML-powered products that shape the future of commercial insurance and financial well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, UX, data, and research to build impactful products.
- Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for platforms serving B2C and B2B segments.
- Launch and scale machine learning (ML) and data-driven tools to improve underwriting, risk, and customer experience.
- Conduct customer interviews and market research to ensure strong product-market fit.
- Design and present compelling product demos, webinars, and internal documentation to engage stakeholders.
- Build and refine customer journey maps and lifecycle frameworks for targeted personalization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product features with evolving customer needs and behaviors.
- Analyze KPIs and customer engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement and retention.
Who You Are
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Product or Program Management.
- Strong domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance (mandatory); Commercial Insurance (preferred).
- Demonstrated success in building products in FinTech, InsurTech, or Communications.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
- Expertise in working with both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
