Your journey begins with a global Citi orientation, followed by intensive technical and professional skills training—including presentation, communication, and leadership development. This foundational training prepares you to contribute meaningfully from day one of your first rotation. The program will also provide Analysts with on-the-job training in their rotation placement.Your time here will look something like this.The ESPA program consists of two one-year rotations designed to provide both depth and breadth of experience. Depending on business needs and alignment with career interests, Analysts may have the opportunity to rotate within the same ESPA team for a more focused career path. After completion of the 24-month program, Analysts may be considered for permanent placement within ESPA. Rotations are designed to sharpen your skill set, enhance your analytical abilities, deepen your functional knowledge, and build your professional network and leadership capabilities. This process prepares you for future leadership opportunities at Citi.
