Over 10 weeks, you’ll rotate across products and functions, gaining hands‑on experience in financing solutions, trading, and marketing of securities to institutional clients. Key responsibilities include: Participate in weekly senior speaker sessions and networking events. Collaborate with peers on projects and pitch trade ideas. Creative, intellectually curious, hard‑working, and detail‑oriented. Enthusiastic, quick‑thinking, juggle multiple tasks, confident with clients, articulate in oral and written communication, and focused on group and client objectives.
