If you want to make a difference at the center of health, come join our innovative company and help us improve the lives of people and animals everywhere.This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.$2000 Sign On Bonus - Productivity bonus paid out on every paycheck.Shift Details: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 5:00 AM to FinishPay Details: Starting at $22.44 with potential for up to $25.34 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.Responsibilities:Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).Education:High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.Skills and Knowledge:Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.Cencora is committed to providing equal employment opportunity without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, age, disability, veteran status or membership in any other class protected by federal, state or local law.The company's continued success depends on the full and effective utilization of qualified individuals.
