Owns assigned pieces of the product lifecycle - not full category strategy - working under the direction of the Director to execute the roadmap. This role is for consumer packaged goods (CPG), not digital product.Job Responsibilities:Participates in the product development process for Personal Care & Household products, including formula, packaging, positioning, and marketing.Organizes product files and launch schedules for new products.Ensures constant communication between the product team and other departments, including purchasing, operations, R&D, regulatory, and creative services.Owns assigned product revisions, reformulations, and new product development workstreams, coordinating with the project management team as directed.Researches competitive products in the personal care and household space - identifies and evaluates product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintains research databases.Assists in the creation of business plans, content for marketing materials, PowerPoint presentations, and market research tools.Accomplishes goals through ownership and accountability; explores opportunities to add value to department and company goals.Job Qualifications:1-2 years of product development and management experience.Bachelor's degree or progress toward a marketing, business, or communications degree preferred.Some knowledge of the personal care or household products industry is preferred.Genuine enthusiasm for and interest in a marketing or product development career.Proven organizational skills.Be able to maintain confidentiality throughout the product development process.Proven writing skills.Must work well under pressure.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Travel:Up to 10% travel required, including company events such as Global Convention and leadership forums.doTERRA International, LLC. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
