In this setting, you will play a vital role in supporting patients through critical points in their surgical experience, ensuring clinical excellence and continuity of care.Education: High School or GED, required.Experience: One year of experience in a hospital Sterile Reprocessing Department, preferred.Licensure/Certification: Sterile Processing Tech Certification, preferred.Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Demonstrates knowledge of instrumentation and sterile/aseptic technique. Ability to read and comprehend written instructions to assemble instrument sets and trays.
