Position: Customer Service Representative

Worksite: Austin, TX

Duration: 12 months (Possible extension)

Tentative Start date: September 07 th (2026)

Shift: Monday – Friday (any 8-hour shift between 7 AM to 7 PM CST)

Pay: $20/HR on W2

Job Description :

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting Medicaid providers and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume contact centers and a proven ability to deliver accurate, timely assistance while meeting attendance and performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and program questions.
  • Respond promptly, courteously, and concisely to phone inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
  • Document all interactions in clear and concise online logs.
  • Transfer callers to appropriate Call Center units when necessary.
  • Meet individual performance standards, including strict attendance and productivity metrics.
  • Assist with problem resolution and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Recent, verifiable experience in a high-volume contact center or call center (minimum 6 months).
  • Ability to adhere to strict attendance and performance metrics.
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Accurate documentation and data entry skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
