Elections Call Center Representative

Position Overview These friendly workers answer inbound calls from the general public and election workers. They provide information about voter eligibility, assist election workers with voting procedures and help voters locate polling locations. They route calls to appropriate staff members, identify and elevate priority issues and track the nature of their calls. Qualifications Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to organize and alphabetize information. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Past experience in a call center, customer service, dispatcher, elections processes or training is preferred. Must pass a criminal background check. Compensation and Schedule Temporary/Seasonal position. Pay: $20.00 per hour.
