Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers. Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of conversations in the system. Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service procedures. Requirements & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in communications or customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is an advantage.
