WCD administers, regulates, and enforces the laws and administrative rules governing the Oregon workers' compensation system. Here’s what you will do: As a Customer Service Representative - Bilingual Spanish, you will be the front line first point of contact for the public, and telephone and in-person inquiries relating to the Workers' Compensation Division and DCBS Director’s office will funnel through you. You will also provide administrative support to WCD program areas by performing general office tasks and duties, conducting electronic system specific research, interacting with internal and external customers and stakeholders through web based and telephonic means, and general clerical support. Here’s what you need to qualify: Minimum Qualifications: Two years of experience in customer service. One year of which must have included explanation of rules, regulations, and policies and responsibility for dealing with unique or unusual situations. Required Skills: Spanish bilingual skills are required for this position. The successful candidate must be able to speak, read, write, and interpret Spanish fluently, and will earn 5% more than the salary listed on this announcement.
