Requirements Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active North Carolina State License. Location: Durham, NC. Expected average patient load of 2 visits per hour. Collaborative environment with onsite lab, behavioral health therapists, and nutritionists. Innovative, integrated use of telehealth.
