Robert Half is working with a well-respected manufacturing company to find an HR Generalist to join their team. This role will lead and oversee all aspects of HR and safety within the organization. The ideal candidate will drive initiatives across employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, and policy development while ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, compensation, and benefits administration.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance and align with organizational goals.

• Direct employee relations efforts to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Supervise payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

• Lead new employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless integration into the company.

• Design and deliver training programs to support employee growth and development.

• Monitor and manage the department budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.

• Provide guidance on compensation strategies and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR practices.

• Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in human resources management or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of HR functions, including benefits administration, payroll, and employee relations.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees and leadership.

• Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Experience managing compensation and benefits programs.

• Familiarity with compliance requirements and legal regulations in HR.

• Demonstrated ability to lead training and development initiatives.

• Proficiency in overseeing hiring processes and new employee orientation.
