If your skills and experience are a good match for this role please apply today.Job DutiesReview invoices for accuracy, proper documentation, and approvals prior to processing payments.Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents and coordinate with purchasing to resolve discrepanciesPrint, obtain signatures for, and distribute accounts payable checksPrepare garnishment checks and process ACH postings within the ERP systemRespond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationshipsMaintain accounts payable reports, records, and electronic filing systemsCompile and maintain W9 forms and support annual 1099 preparation and compliance reportingAssist the Controller and Owner with administrative and clerical tasks as neededSchedule ACH payments to ensure vendor discounts are met and payments are processed on timeOrder office supplies as needed and provide backup support for accounts receivable purchasing functionsPerform general filing, recordkeeping, and additional duties as assignedRequirementsStrong problem solving skills with the ability to identify issues, gather information, and resolve challenges efficientlyExcellent vendor relations and customer service skills with the ability to respond professionally and meet commitmentsStrong organizational and time management abilities with the capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectivelyHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, quality, and thoroughness in daily workAbility to meet productivity standards and complete assignments within deadlinesAdaptable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage changing priorities and unexpected situationsDependable with consistent attendance, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions and management directionWillingness to accept feedback and continuously improve performanceStrong communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative office environmentBenefitsCompetitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
