Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist

Provide clinical documentation and risk adjustment review for Tendo's QDI Services customers. Work in real time with physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure documentation accurately reflects patient acuity. Manage a daily assigned review queue and support provider education initiatives. Requirements: 6+ years of CDI/QDI experience and acute-care nursing experience. Active RN license and CCDS certification. Epic experience and working knowledge of HCCs and quality risk adjustment methodology. Base salary range $90,000 - $110,000 plus equity and annual bonuses.
