Registered Nurse, Recovery Room

Northern Nevada Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse for our Recovery Room to provide high-quality post-anesthesia care. The RN will assess and monitor patients emerging from surgery, manage pain and sedation, support airway and hemodynamic stability, and respond rapidly to changes in condition. Responsibilities include medication and IV administration, detailed documentation, patient and family education, and collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative teams. Ideal candidates bring strong critical thinking, calm under pressure, and a commitment to patient-centered, safe, and compassionate care.
