Conduct comprehensive evaluations of children, adults, and elderly patients through standardized and observational methods.

Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs of each patient.

Deliver engaging, one-on-one speech therapy aimed at enhancing communication capabilities, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing success.

Collaborate closely with a passionate team of physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and family members to ensure holistic patient care.

Provide education and resources to patients and their families to boost success outside of therapy sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient therapy services to ensure a unified approach throughout the recovery process.

Maintain precise and timely documentation that adheres to the highest standards of practice and compliance.

Keep abreast of the latest advancements in the field by engaging in continuous education and teamwork.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if still pursuing ASHA certification.

State licensure as a Speech Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first month of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based therapy for individuals of all ages, alongside a deep understanding of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
