BIM Coordinator

Job Title VDC Coordinator Job Description We are seeking two experienced VDC Coordinators to join a large-scale data center project in Saline, MI. These individuals will be responsible for supporting BIM/VDC coordination across multiple disciplines, including process piping, mechanical, and electrical systems. Responsibilities Perform multi-discipline BIM/VDC coordination across mechanical, electrical, and process piping systems. Run clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and Revit. Facilitate coordination between design teams, subcontractors, and field teams. Identify and resolve clashes and constructability issues. Maintain and update BIM models to reflect field conditions. Attend and support coordination meetings with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and project standards. Essential Skills 3–8+ years of BIM/VDC coordination or modeling experience. Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks. Experience supporting construction-phase coordination. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in mechanical, electrical, or piping systems preferred. Data center or industrial project experience is a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Ann Arbor, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
