Using advanced testing methods, professional-grade equipment, lab analysis, and proprietary technology, we evaluate factors within the home that may impact health and wellness, including air and water quality, lighting, mold exposure, EMFs, and other environmental variables. We then provide clients with actionable recommendations designed to optimize their home environment for long-term health and performance. The company is rapidly expanding across the United States and internationally, backed by an experienced leadership team with backgrounds spanning health, operations, technology, and consumer startups. Role Overview We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Report Writer and Operations Associate to support a core function of the business. This role is primarily focused on writing, editing, organizing, and delivering detailed client-facing reports, while also supporting operational coordination, follow-up management, research tasks, and internal systems organization. The ideal candidate is an exceptional written communicator who thrives in detail-heavy work, can manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously, and enjoys building structure within fast-growing organizations. You will work closely with the founding team and play a meaningful role in helping scale operational systems and client delivery processes. Why This Role Is Exciting Meaningful work focused on improving people's health and living environments High ownership and visibility across reporting, operations, systems, and process improvement Opportunity to help build foundational systems within a rapidly growing company Exposure to a high-performing and entrepreneurial leadership team Strong long-term growth potential as the company scales Key Responsibilities Report Writing & Client Deliverables Draft, edit, proofread, and finalize detailed client-facing reports Manage report timelines, revisions, quality assurance, and delivery coordination Maintain report SOPs, templates, workflows, and documentation Ensure consistency, clarity, accuracy, and professionalism across all written materials Coordinate report handoffs and follow-up communication internally Customer Follow-Up & Research Draft responses to customer questions and follow-up items Track outstanding action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Conduct research on products, environmental solutions, and related recommendations Organize and maintain customer-related documentation and notes Operations & Internal Systems Support Build and maintain SOPs, internal trackers, checklists, and process documentation Help improve operational workflows and organizational systems Assist with recurring operational coordination and reporting tasks Support dashboard creation, data organization, and process visibility Identify operational inefficiencies and help implement scalable solutions Required Qualifications Exceptional written English and strong editing/proofreading ability High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Prior experience in technical writing, scientific writing, research-heavy writing, or other detail-oriented written work Ability to manage multiple priorities independently without constant oversight Strong process orientation and comfort working within structured workflows Comfortable working mostly US business hours with substantial overlap with Pacific Time Strong problem-solving ability and proactive communication skills Nice-to-Have Qualifications Interest in health, wellness, environmental health, or toxin exposure Experience supporting operations or internal business systems Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for research and workflow efficiency Experience using Google Workspace, CRMs, project management tools, or operational tracking systems Experience in startups, consulting, healthcare, research, or operations-heavy environments Ideal Candidate Profile This role is ideal for someone who: Loves creating order from complexity Enjoys writing, editing, and refining detailed information Is naturally proactive and process-oriented Can balance analytical thinking with strong communication Thrives in fast-paced startup environments Wants broad operational exposure and long-term growth opportunities Somewhere
