Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to build equipment accurately to specifications.
- Assemble machinery using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment while maintaining exceptional workmanship and quality standards.
- Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure accuracy, alignment, and functionality.
- Test, troubleshoot, and verify machine performance to ensure reliable operation and adherence to specifications.
- Support continuous improvement efforts focused on quality, efficiency, and workplace safety.
- High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of machine building or mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical troubleshooting.
