Job Title: Machine Builder

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $30.00/hour
Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling, installing, and testing complex machinery according to engineering drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing high-quality work, has strong mechanical aptitude, and is committed to accuracy, craftsmanship, and safety.


Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to build equipment accurately to specifications.
• Assemble machinery using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment while maintaining exceptional workmanship and quality standards.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure accuracy, alignment, and functionality.
• Test, troubleshoot, and verify machine performance to ensure reliable operation and adherence to specifications.
• Support continuous improvement efforts focused on quality, efficiency, and workplace safety.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of machine building or mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail.
