Job Duties

• Communicate professionally with the public, internal customers, and external customers.
• Resolve complicated issues involving customer service and research governing policies, procedures, or laws for clients or visitors.
• Talk with clients, make appointments, print WIC vouchers, and work on reports to build and maintain caseload, supply, and office inventory.
• Interpret as needed.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Additional education in business, communications, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required by the position.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to assist diverse customers professionally.
• Experience using computers, CRM systems, office software, or customer service applications.
• Ability to resolve customer concerns while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous bilingual customer service, call center, retail, office administration, or account support experience is preferred.
• Experience using CRM software, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, or customer management platforms is beneficial.
• Knowledge of order processing, customer support, account management, or business communications is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate professionalism, cultural awareness, communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude are well positioned for success as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate professionally by phone, email, video conferencing, and in person.
• Ability to occasionally lift office materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform normal office duties while maintaining productivity throughout the workday.
