Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic experience in inventory management or receiving in a retail or warehouse environment. Ability to lift and move heavy items safely. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a Receiver or in a similar role within retail trade. Knowledge of retail inventory management systems such as RFID or barcode scanning. Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays as needed. Responsibilities: Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and condition. Verify received goods against purchase orders and delivery documentation. Record and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the appropriate departments. Organize and store merchandise in designated areas following company protocols. Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock management systems. Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely product availability. Assist in periodic inventory audits and stock counts.
