Project Manager (HVAC)

We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in both business development and project execution. This is not a traditional PM role. We’re looking for someone who can own projects, build client relationships, and drive new work. 5+ years of industry experience would be appropriate for this role.

What You’ll Do

Manage HVAC & energy projects from preconstruction estimating through completion
Own financial performance, execution, and client satisfaction
Build relationships and help generate new project opportunities
Develop estimates, lead job walks, and win work strategically
Manage budgets, forecasting, and keep projects cash positive
Partner with field teams, engineering, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing commercial HVAC/mechanical or GC projects (5+ yrs)
Ability to develop business and maintain key client relationships
Strong financial and operational mindset
A contributor who takes ownership and drives results
