We're looking for a Director of Business Development to join our senior leadership team and lead the charge in expanding our impact in behavioral health. About the Role As Director of Business Development, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth strategy—designing, implementing, and refining initiatives that align with our mission and market opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to shape the future of our organization. What You’ll Do Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive business development plan. Cultivate and manage key partnerships with EAPs, managed care clients, physicians, and community stakeholders. Oversee media relations, social media strategy, and website content. Mentor and lead a high-performing business development team. Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to stay competitive. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, marketing, business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years in healthcare business development leadership. Experience with managed care agreements, including capitation and at-risk models. Strong knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment. Valid Washington State driver’s license.
