Operations Coordinator

Role Description

This role provides administrative support to the Legal, Compliance, and Government Affairs teams. The position focuses on completing routine tasks, maintaining organized records, and supporting day-to-day operations. Work is primarily structured, with clear processes and guidance, and emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.

This position is a temp to hire.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Receive and route incoming requests to the appropriate team members within the Legal, Compliance and Government Affairs teams.
  • Maintain logs, trackers, and files to support team activities.
  • Prepare and format basic documents, presentations, and reports using standard templates.
  • Organize and update shared folders, files, and documentation.
  • Assist with data entry and compiling information for routine reports.
  • Support meeting coordination, including scheduling, preparing materials, and sending follow-ups.
  • Track agenda and action items and follow up with team members as needed.
  • Assist with document processing, including routing for signatures and tracking completion.
  • Help maintain standard templates, trackers and workflows.
  • Upload and organize materials in internal systems and platforms.
  • Provide basic support for contract and document management activities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to team tools and systems.
  • Handle confidential information in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level position.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow defined processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • Professional and reliable work habits.

Benefits

  • Pay Range: $18.40 - $22.10.
  • Salary range shown is a guideline. Individual compensation packages can vary based on factors unique to each candidate, such as skill set, experience, and qualifications.
