This roleis responsible forinstalling,maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential and/or light commercial electrical systems while delivering excellent customer service andmaintaining all safety and code requirements. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems including wiring, panels, outlets, switches, lighting, and fixtures Perform electrical inspections and troubleshoot system issues efficiently Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams Ensure all workcomplies withlocal, state, and national electrical codes Communicate clearly with customersregardingrepairs, recommendations, and safety concerns Maintainaccurateservice documentation and job records Follow all company safety policies and procedures Participate in on-call rotation asrequired Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of hands-on electrical experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong customer service and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Valid Electrical License preferred Experience with service software or mobile dispatch systems Generator, panel upgrade, transfer switch installations or specialty electrical experience What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + potential incentives Company vehicle (role dependent) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and career growth opportunities NearU is an Equal Opportunity Employer AA/EOE/M/F/V/D.
