Position Overview As a Commercial Electrician, you will play a key role in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across a variety of commercial projects. This position requires a hands-on professional who can work independently while collaborating effectively with project managers and field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial environments Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, delivering safe and code-compliant solutions Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications Perform wire pulls, conduit bending, and system terminations with precision Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to meet timelines and budgets Adhere to all safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Electrician Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations Demonstrated ability to bend conduit, pull wire, and complete terminations Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Retirement savings plan Employee discount programs Ongoing training and professional development opportunities About Us At Spratlin Electric Contracting, we take pride in doing things the right way - prioritizing safety, quality, and integrity in every project.
