Community Health Nurse - Field & Clinic Outreach
PASSAIC COUNTY
PASSAIC COUNTY is seeking a Public Health Nurse to provide community health education and assess patients' health needs during home visits and clinics. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Public Health and a valid New Jersey Professional Nurse registration.
