Responsibilities as Opportunities You will have the autonomy to develop and implement strategies that shape financial operations:

• Architect and deliver comprehensive strategic financial analysis to support critical business decisions.

• Spearhead the development of fiscal year plans, multi-year financial projects, and robust forecasts.

• Optimize the annual budgeting process through advanced financial modeling and variance analysis.

• Manage complex expense reporting spanning CapEx/OpEx, headcount, workforce, and vendor costs.

• Develop clear, data-driven business management reports and metrics utilizing SAP/S4/HANA, SAC, and Power BI.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• 4+ years of proven experience in accounting or finance with demonstrated knowledge of mutual funds, the investment management industry, or the tech sector (Cloud, AI, FinOps).

• Demonstrated ability to synthesize and integrate complex data points to solve problems in highly ambiguous situations.

• Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, V-Lookups) and enterprise accounting systems (SAP preferred).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively partner with a global finance team.
