Senior Financial Analyst

We are assisting one of our clients with their search for a Senior Financial Analyst. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, performance analytics, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This individual will partner closely with Finance and Operations leadership to evaluate business performance, develop reporting frameworks, and help build scalable processes that support continued growth. Location and Compensation Location: Irvine, CA – primarily onsite Compensation: $105,000-$120,000 plus bonus Responsibilities Support budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and variance analysis, providing insights into financial and operational performance Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting tools to support decision-making and performance visibility Analyze results across regions, branches, and service centers, identifying key business drivers and trends Partner with Finance and Operations teams to interpret performance, explain variances, and deliver actionable insights Improve reporting processes through automation, standardization, and enhanced data visibility Leverage tools such as Excel, Power BI, and related systems to streamline reporting and analysis Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 3-6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical roles Strong Excel and financial modeling skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Ability to analyze financial and operational performance metrics and translate findings into insights Experience in multi-site or operationally intensive environments preferred Exposure to private equity-backed organizations is a plus Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
