Position Title Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Resource Float (Adult) Location and Schedule Hospital: Advocate Lutheran General Hospital (34103). Role: Office Float Pool – 0.9 night shift RN. Hours per week: 36. Status: Full time. We’re Looking For Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association and ACLS; PALS to be obtained within 3 months of start date What You’ll Do Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Apply evidence‑based practice, clinical decision‑making, compassion, and skilled communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum. Compensation Base compensation within the pay range $38.20 – $57.30 per hour based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training. Premium pay such as shift and on‑call pay is available based on the teammate’s job. Incentive pay may be available for select positions. Opportunity for annual increases based on performance.
