Responsibilities: • Manage general contractors and construction workers and give guidance as needed to ensure high-quality project performance • Forecast monetary needs for the project and accurately manage the budget • Implement systems to organize tools, vehicles, and equipment, and schedule maintenance for them if necessary • Work with general contractors, critical subcontractors, and external vendors to negotiate profitable contracts • Obtain all necessary permits and licenses from the appropriate authorities and ensure construction is up to code • Responsible for meeting the crew every morning • Set up the job properly • Relay the job work order to the crew • Get materials throughout the day as needed • Provide EXCELLENT customer service throughout the ENTIRE process Qualifications: • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields • 1+ years of experience as a construction project manager • Experience using construction or project management software preferred • Finished training for OSHA 30 license • Superb leadership capability, organizational skills, time-management abilities, and communication skills • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus • Experience using construction or project management software preferred Here are some things we need from you: • We are looking for people who love people and love team environments • We are looking for people who are not afraid to get on roofs • We are looking for people who are self-motivated and full of energy • We are looking for people who are relationship builders • We are looking for people who speak really well • We are looking for people who are resourceful • We are looking for people who are competitive Compensation: $19 - $24 hourly - Overtime available
