OSP Project Manager Location: Onsite: Farmersville, CA. Work will be primarily performed at a designated field worksite location based out of a central Race Communications worksite. The OSP Project Manager oversees and coordinates the planning, execution, and completion of outside plant (OSP) projects, working closely with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing multiple large-scale fiber optic construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The OSP Project Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing Race Communications' mission to bridge the digital divide by delivering reliable, high-speed internet services to underserved rural and urban communities. Qualifications and Experience: Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship Minimum of 18 years of age High School Graduate, GED, or equivalent required A valid driver's license, subject to successful verification through a DMV check, is mandatory 3+ of experience as an OSP Project Manager, or in an equivalent position is required Work experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred Comprehensive knowledge of G.O.95 (General Order 95) rules and their application in outside plant (OSP) construction and maintenance projects Class A or B commercial driver's license preferred but not required Proficient in Microsoft Applications, Google Earth (KMZs), AutoCad, Excel Ability to travel to multiple work sites, work overtime, weekends, holidays, or off hours as needed The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, as necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication Skills: Proficient use of MS Office applications including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; teleconferencing applications Functional use of common office equipment, computers, and office software #J-18808-Ljbffr
