Clinical DirectorAmego is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead clinical services within our Adult Services programs in the Holbrook area. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing behavior analytic services, supervising clinical staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting best practices in applied behavior analysis across residential and day settings.The Clinical Director plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality, ethical, and person-centered clinical care while partnering closely with program management, families, and interdisciplinary teams.Amego, Inc. is a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As a Clinical Director, you will have the opportunity to shape services, mentor emerging clinicians, and help individuals build fulfilling, independent lives.Salary Range: $75,000-$95,000/yearMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.Minimum of 3–5 years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.Previous supervisory or clinical leadership experience strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of DDS regulations and adult service systems.Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and support staff development.Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
