Project Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to support the successful commercialization of new products from concept through launch. This role serves as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

• Coordinate new product development and commercialization projects, ensuring key milestones, deliverables, and launch timelines are achieved.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Collaborate closely with departments such as Research & Development, Production, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Packaging, Sales, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure efficient project execution.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to monitor material availability, delivery schedules, and project requirements.
• Support regulatory compliance efforts by working with internal teams and customers to ensure products meet applicable quality and food safety standards.
• Identify project risks and potential roadblocks, escalating issues as needed and implementing solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding tasks.
• Provide ongoing project updates to stakeholders and assist with process improvements that enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of project coordination or project management experience, preferably within food manufacturing, food packaging, or a related industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food industry regulations and quality standards, including FDA and USDA requirements, is preferred.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external suppliers.

Job Details:

• Contract to Hire
• Pay $30-$37 an hour, depending on experience

Pay Details: $30.00 to $37.00 per hour
