@HYVE Solutions, missions to help customers, business partners, and employees achieve success through shared goals, strategies, resources and technology solutions.Technical Program ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead customer network/compute rack programs, with a focus on rack design and system and rack-level integration.Key Responsibilities:Own end-to-end delivery of customer network/compute rack programs, including firmware and system integration readinessDrive alignment across firmware domains (BMC, BIOS, system FW) and ensure coordination with hardware and integration test teamsLead rack-level integration efforts, ensuring compatibility across hardware, firmware, and data center infrastructure componentsEnsure program readiness for successful rack shipment and mass production deploymentManage execution across EVT, DVT, and PVT phases, including schedule tracking, issue management, and cross-team coordinationDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, including risk identification, dependency management, and change controlCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Hardware Integration, Integration Test, Validation, Manufacturing, and Operations) to align scope and deliverablesTranslate customer technical requirements into executable plans, ensuring alignment across system architecture and integration pointsIdentify and manage risks related to firmware compatibility, system integration, and rack deployment readinessDrive on-time delivery of key customer milestones with clear communication of status, risks, and mitigation plansQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field5–8+ years of experience managing hardware or system-level programs, with exposure to firmware and infrastructure integrationSolid understanding of:Firmware domains (BMC, BIOS, system FW) and their role in system bring-upData center rack systems, including compute, storage, networking, power, and thermal considerationsSystem-level integration across hardware, firmware, and infrastructure componentsExperience supporting NPI cycles (EVT/DVT/PVT) and manufacturing rampAbility to manage cross-functional teams and drive alignment across engineering and operations stakeholdersStrong program management skills, including planning, risk management, and execution trackingFamiliarity with data center environments and rack deployment considerations is preferredProficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Compensation: $160,000 to $185,000@ HYVE Solutions, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
