This individual will play a pivotal role in positioning the hotel as a preferred destination for discerning travelers worldwide. What You’ll Do Design and implement a comprehensive luxury leisure sales strategy to maximize revenue and market share Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with elite travel advisors, consortia partners, and high‑end tour operators Identify emerging luxury travel trends and proactively capture new market opportunities Represent the hotel at international luxury trade shows, client events, and exclusive networking functions Partner closely with Revenue Management and Marketing to ensure alignment on pricing, promotions, and brand positioning Who You Are 4+ years of progressive experience in hotel sales, with a strong emphasis on luxury leisure segment Proven success managing relationships with clients and vendors Extensive global network within the luxury travel advisor and consortia community Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy Experience with CRM and sales systems Ability to travel domestically and internationally The Knox Hotel Employer LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer, M/F/D/V.
