Senior Finance Transformation & Reporting Analyst

Fortegra is seeking a Finance Transformation & Reporting Analyst to support enterprise-level financial reporting, data accuracy, and process improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality financial information and enhance reporting efficiency across the organization and with DB Insurance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, analytics or related field.
• 2-6 years in financial reporting, FP&A, public accounting, or finance transformation.
• CPA certification or progress toward certification preferred.
• Insurance industry experience and Korean language skills are a plus.

Primary Job Functions:

• Prepare quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial reports for executive leadership and the parent company.
• Support reporting across GAAP, Statutory, IFRS, and K-ICS frameworks.
• Validate and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Improve reporting processes, automate recurring deliverables, and strengthen financial controls.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Premium Operations, and Actuarial teams to meet reporting needs.
• Document reporting processes, data definitions, and validation rules; support audit requirements.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Strong analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong financial analysis, reconciliation, and data validation skills.
• Experience with Oracle Financials, financial datasets, and BI tools (Power BI or Oracle OAC).
• Advanced SQL preferred; strong Excel required.
• Open to travel as business needs dictate to support reporting with global structure.
