About the Role:
Join Varsity Zone HVAC of Charlotte, a fast-growing HVAC company , as a Hybrid HVAC Technician specializing in both Installation and Service . This position combines HVAC service and installation , including diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems throughout the Charlotte, NC area.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to ensure optimal system performance.
• Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all installations and repairs.
• Document all service activities and maintain accurate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on system maintenance.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and trends.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and service.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
