Analyzes, organizes, plans and administers various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, or maintenance/repair activities for one or more programs. This position requires significant travel, sometimes internationally and on short notice and in potentially hostile environments.Essential Duties:Leads initiatives to prepare and deploy on assignmentsAnalyzes, organizes, plans and administers various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, or maintenance/repair activities for one or more programsAnalyzes contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contract to determine spares provisioning or maintenance/repair requirementsDevelops logistics plans in order to enhance distribution of goods and suppliesIdentifies, prioritizes, and assesses key logistics assets and infrastructuresDevelopment of policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost controlContributes to and drives compliance with engineering playbook and best practice proceduresConducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery timesProvides work leadership and mentoring for lower level employees as requiredAdheres to all quality and safety standardsSupports Integrated product Support team with subject matter experts to accommodate development of technical publicationsAble to travel to customer locations with very little noticeSupports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organizationSupports other projects and performs duties as assignedEducation/Experience/Other Skills & Abilities:High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferredFive (5) years minimum experience with ILS in US military preferredTen (10) to fifteen (15) years in service of Field Service Representative preferredCapable of technical writing and illustrating as requiredAbility to operate shop/laboratory equipmentFamiliar with Solidworks, SAP and Salesforce is desiredPossesses strong computer skills (e.g., SAP, EPDM, CAD, Microsoft Office)Disclaimer: This job description is not designed to be a complete list of all duties and responsibilities required for this role.This specific position requires U.S. Citizenship.
