A growing manufacturer in Jefferson, Ohio is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production equipment, improve reliability, and minimize downtime. This is a great opportunity for a mechanically inclined maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues.
Maintain and repair CNC machinery, SMT equipment, and automated production systems.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and support production uptime.
Assist with machine installations, upgrades, and equipment improvements.
Complete maintenance documentation and track repairs.
Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
Experience with CNC machinery preferred.
Experience with SMT equipment is a plus.
Familiarity with PLCs, motors, sensors, drives, and automation systems preferred.
Self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving abilities.
