We are seeking individuals who are reliable, professional, and ready to operate independently while following a proven system.
What You’ll Do
- Take inbound and outbound calls from donors
- Guide conversations using structured scripts
- Enter donation and pledge details accurately
- Maintain professionalism and compliance standards
- Meet performance and attendance expectations
Important Details (Please Read)
- This is a 1099 contractor role — not a traditional job
- Required certification before starting
- You manage your own schedule
- Continued access to work depends on performance
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
6+ months remote customer service OR 1 year on-site experience
Strong verbal communication skills
Comfortable navigating systems while speaking
Dedicated, quiet home workspace
Technical Requirements
- Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum; 16GB recommended)
- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Wired high-speed internet (WiFi-only not permitted)
- Dual monitors recommended
- No MacBooks or Chromebooks
