Remote Call Center Specialist

To support the All of Us research program, the full-time Remote Call Center Specialist will conduct outreach and engagement activities aimed at enrolling and retaining participants while managing communication and scheduling for program-related tasks. Key responsibilities Utilize effective outreach methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program Engage and screen patients for eligibility, providing comprehensive information about the program and answering questions Conduct daily phone outreach and occasional email communication to inform patients about study activities and schedule appointments Required qualifications Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications Familiarity with public health research concepts and practices Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
