San Antonio, TX (On-site) | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Zinn Insurance is growing—and we’re hiring a Benefits Billing & Enrollment Coordinator to support our group clients and internal team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, values accuracy, and takes pride in keeping things organized and on track.

You’ll work within clear processes and systems to manage enrollments, billing updates, and employee benefit changes. You will be trained and supported—we’re looking for consistency, follow-through, and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

• Process employee enrollments and benefit changes
• Handle onboarding and offboarding for group client employees
• Maintain accurate billing and update client records
• Reconcile billing and premium data with carriers
• Request and resolve ID card issues
• Support audits, renewals, and reporting
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams (phone + email)
• Follow and maintain established workflows and checklists

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Strong Excel skills (filters, formulas, basic pivot tables)
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Ability to manage recurring deadlines without losing accuracy
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable speaking on the phone with clients and partners

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in benefits, billing, insurance, or administrative roles
• Familiarity with COBRA or State Continuation
• Experience with Employee Navigator or similar systems
