Job Description Insight Global is seeking caring, energetic, and dependable Before & After School Care Assistants to support YMCA-operated programs at local elementary schools in the Somers Point and Mullica Township, New Jersey areas. These positions play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and positive environment for children before and after the school day. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, brings positive energy to every interaction, and is passionate about helping students learn, grow, and have fun. This individual will assist with structured activities, social and emotional development exercises, recreational programming, snack time, and daily supervision of school-age children. School Locations Jordan Road School – Somers Point, NJ Dawes Avenue Elementary School – Somers Point, NJ Mullica Township Elementary School – Mullica Township, NJ Day-to-Day Responsibilities Supervise and engage children during before-school and after-school care programs Lead and participate in social, emotional, educational, and physical activities Assist with lesson implementation, group activities, and recreational programming Help facilitate snack time and maintain a structured daily schedule Create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for all students Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members Ensure program policies and safety procedures are followed We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
