Managing Director – Technology Staffing | Dallas, TX Technology Staffing Leadership We're partnering with an established, international technology staffing firm to identify a Managing Director to lead and scale its Dallas operation. This is a rare opportunity for an entrepreneurial staffing leader who thrives on building businesses, winning new clients, and developing high-performing teams. Backed by a successful international business with over 15 years in business, this organization has built a strong reputation across Europe and is now committed to accelerating growth in the U.S. The incoming MD will have the autonomy, resources, and executive support to rebuild and expand the Dallas business into a market-leading operation. The Opportunity This is a true player-coach role. You'll be expected to lead from the front by driving revenue while simultaneously developing the team and executing a long-term growth strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll have significant influence over the direction of the U.S. business, with the mandate to grow the Dallas office from its current footprint into a team of approximately 20 consultants. What You'll Be Responsible For Driving new business development and securing new client partnerships. Building and executing the Dallas market growth strategy. Leading by example through personal production. Recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team. Expanding contract staffing revenue while supporting permanent recruitment growth. Partnering closely with executive leadership to scale the U.S. business. Ideal Background We're looking for an accomplished staffing leader with: A proven track record in technology staffing sales and leadership. Experience building new business and developing strategic client relationships. Success leading teams in high-growth or turnaround environments. Strong knowledge of technology staffing markets: The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, commercially driven, and excited by the opportunity to build something significant rather than inherit a mature business.
