Senior Case Manager — Developmental Disabilities
Arizona State Government
The Department of Economic Security (DES) is seeking a Case Manager 3 to join the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) in Arizona. The role involves traveling to members’ homes, schools, and program sites to assess service needs and develop Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSP). You will collaborate with community partners to support individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. The position requires licensure or a degree with relevant case management experience, a valid #J-18808-Ljbffr Arizona State Government
