Case Manager II — Developmental Disabilities & Community Support
Arizona Department of Economic Security
The Arizona Department of Economic Security is hiring a Case Manager 2 to provide high‑quality, member‑driven services for individuals with developmental disabilities in the Phoenix Metro area. This role focuses on supporting members and families in exercising independent decision‑making and engaging with community programs. The candidate will conduct onsite visits, develop and monitor service plans, and collaborate with community agencies.
