Data Product Manager

Seeking a Data Product Manager to lead complex data integration initiatives and drive product delivery across Product, Engineering, Data, and Digital teams. This role requires a strong technical foundation, Agile execution experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional dependencies from concept through launch. Must-Haves Experience leading complex enterprise data integrations and managing end-to-end data flows across multiple systems Strong product management experience across the full product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, design, development, and deployment Hands‑on Agile experience with Jira, including user story creation, backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery tracking Ability to partner effectively with architects, engineers, and data teams while managing technical dependencies and risks Experience driving cross‑functional initiatives across Product, IT, Engineering, Data, and Digital teams Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Wealth management, asset management, broker‑dealer, or RIA experience Experience working in regulated environments Responsibilities Lead delivery of data‑driven product initiatives from requirements through launch Manage enterprise data integrations across multiple platforms and systems Gather requirements, prioritize backlogs, and oversee Agile delivery Coordinate stakeholders, manage dependencies, and remove roadblocks Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable, customer‑facing solutions Drive execution across multiple concurrent workstreams while ensuring on‑time delivery Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
