Job Description

The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising, instructing, and motivating the team to meet or exceed departmental goals and objectives. This role requires a broad knowledge of principles and practices within the field of production management and may involve leading one or more functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the team to achieve departmental goals.
• Apply broad knowledge of principles and practices within the field.
• Accomplish work assignments as directed by management.
• Plan and execute production plans.
• Motivate team leads and production teams.
• Selection, training, and development of associates using skill assessment and training resources.
• Plan daily activities according to production requirements.
• Plan short-term activities to meet departmental goals and objectives.

This is a Permanent position based out of Bardstown, KY.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
